What are credits and how do they work?
1 credit = 1 ID photo generation. New users get 2 free credits. After that, buy a credit pack anytime. Credits never expire.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. You can purchase another pack anytime from the pricing page. New credits are added to your remaining balance.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire and stay in your account until you use them.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied, contact support@getidphoto.net and we will review your request according to our policy.
Is this a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. You only pay when you buy more generations.
How do I view my remaining credits?
Open Settings to see your remaining credits, or check the counter on the create page. Each generation uses 1 credit.
