What are credits and how do they work?
1 credit generates 1 result. Credits refill automatically at the start of each billing cycle for monthly plans, and are granted upfront for yearly plans.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or manage your subscription anytime via the subscription portal.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Yearly plan credits remain valid throughout the subscription period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied, contact support and we will review refund requests according to our policy.
When will I be billed?
Billing occurs at the start of each cycle based on your selected plan (monthly or yearly).
How do I cancel my subscription?
